Established in June 2004, Trusted PC Man are looking to employ a variety of full-time support technicians based at our Grayshott office (GU26 6LD).
Successful candidates will have at least 2 years’ experience actively working within an IT technical support role; candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and be available for a Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or Zoom chat for an initial introduction.

The successful candidate will ...
• Live within 15 miles of our office location - GU26 6LD.
• Have worked as an IT support technician or similar role for a minimum of 2 years.
• Need to demonstrate a confident, friendly and reassuring manner when communicating with both residential and business clients.
• Have the ability to self-organise and to multitask.
• From time to time be available to travel out to visit clients.
• Possess a friendly, professional and a sociable disposition while working in the office and when visiting customer sites.
• Be a trustworthy team player.
Technically, the successful candidates will benefit from possessing the following skill sets / abilities ...
• Windows 10 / 11 operating system break fix /support.
• Ability to assemble new PCs from components, setup and configure PCs / laptops ready for deploying to client sites.
• Respond to email and telephone requests for support.
• The willingness to learn other aspects of the business and to progress a career in IT support and related services.
• Ability to maintain a tidy and organised working environment.
Technically, the successful candidates will benefit from possessing the following advanced skill sets / abilities …
• Microsoft 365 general administration.
• Microsoft Azure administration.
• Windows Server administration.
• Networking skills to include the installation and configuration of Unifi devices, setting up routers, and other LAN configuration tasks.

Salary range offered: £19,000 to £28,000 or greater depending on experience and ability.
Core working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00
