Lawyers can dictate very quickly and have their dictation either converted to text or audio sent to a transcriber located anywhere within minutes. Three ways to dictate
We provide three ways to dictate so that it covers most people’s needs. The first method is traditional audio dictation, where you just record and send to a transcriber who can be located anywhere (or working from home). Secondly, we allow voice-to-text conversion. The audio and text can be sent to any transcriber. Or you can work with the text yourself. Thirdly, you can upload an mp3 or wav file into Dictalogic. Once it is in Dictalogic the workflow is the same as any other dictation where you can send it to any transcriber. We can also convert the MP3 from speech to text. Workflow notification during states of your dictation
As the author works through the workflow, the transcriber will receive an email notification that there is a dictation ready to pick up. The Author will also be able to see the progress of each dictation as the job is being worked on or completed. Offline mode allows dictation even if there is no wi-fi
If your wi-fi drops, and there is no internet service, just dictate normally and then simply upload your dictation when you have wi-fi reconnected. Offline mode is especially useful when using our mobile app. Should there be a drop in wi-fi, your dictation will be saved locally and then automatically upload when your wi-fi is back online, thus saving you valuable time. Data Security and protection
We take data security seriously and ensure all data is safe, secure, and compliant. We adhere to GDPR compliance which is the basis of our standard working practice for data protection. All our data is held in the country of where our customer resides. Data is saved on Microsoft Azure for automatic file encryption and HTTPS security during dictation.
