Our supplier that was supporting us through a difficult patch (caused by my role in outing the damaging effects of local pollution) decided to drop us without the contracted 30 days notice.
I have devices coming that needs to be tested to make sure they works before handing out which will allow me to transfer the broadband over to a new provider.
The Provider is owed a small amount by 3 peaks and decided to cut off all customers without the contracted 30 days notice, leaving my businesses and a business of another without internet.
Compensation packages are being offered to the other business affected (so staff don't lose out), and discounts on current bills are offered to residential customers whilst we deal with this issue.
Customers have been told they are free to go with another provider, this obviously isn't something we want but until we reconnect the broadband you are free to leave with no penalty for doing so.
