It still amazes me how often this happens... and it’s bad for business.
When sales aren’t hitting target, we try harder. When fulfilment’s not right, we fix it. When marketing’s off, we tweak it. When cashflow’s tight, we work on it.
But when stock’s out of sync, overstocked, understocked… it gets ignored.
And it’s costing money. Every single day!

Stock problems really do hit the bottom line.

I still see far too many businesses relying on spreadsheets and disconnected systems....and I’ve also seen first hand how much that costs - in time, in money and in lost opportunities.
