📢 Poor Signal in Hednesford – Anyone Else Struggling?

Over the last few weeks, the mobile signal around Hednesford has been terrible.
Both Three and EE seem to be the worst affected — constant dropouts, slow data, calls failing, and barely any bars even outdoors.

If you’re also having issues with:
📶 Calls dropping
🐌 Slow or no mobile data
🚫 “No service” indoors
🔁 Network switching or constant reconnecting

…you’re not alone!
It’s affecting loads of people across the area, and it’s becoming a real headache for local residents and businesses.

There was an AWS server issue earlier today that affected services like Snapchat, Fortnite, and even Alexa. It started around 8 AM UK time, but things are mostly back to normal now. If you had any issues, they should be sorted! Let us know if you need any help. 😊”

We’re aware that Vodafone customers across the UK are currently experiencing widespread service issues, including loss of broadband, mobile data, and difficulties making or receiving calls.

Reports suggest the outage is affecting major cities such as London, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, and Cardiff, and Vodafone has confirmed they’re investigating the cause.

If you’re impacted, try switching to an alternative Wi-Fi network where possible, or use messaging apps connected via Wi-Fi to stay online. Vodafone’s official channels are providing updates as they work to restore full service.

We’ll keep an eye on the situation and post again when the network stabilises.

Three mobile is currently having issues with making and receiving calls, data should be ok so WhatsApp messenger may be your only way of contacting people FaceTime audio should also work for iPhone users.
This will affect
Three uk
ID mobile
Smarty mobile
Honest mobile
And Superdrug Mobile
There currently working hard to fix the issue.
Our work number is three so we're also not receiving and normal calls so WhatsApp or Facebook is our current contact options.

3 Smarty and ID calls not working atm. Use what’s app or iMessage to make calls for now, hopefully it’s up and running soon
