• Good administration skills - able to write up a good lead sheet
• Willingness to learn and to be adaptable

The Client Success Manager will be responsible for service delivery into a number of Purple client accounts. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with stakeholders across the client organisation. Our goal is to exceed our clients’ expectations and to ensure that we deliver to the agreed objectives and KPI’s of the program.

Tasks may involve resource planning, supporting the Purple client owner with data and information with regards to how the project is tracking against the agreed budget and KPI’s.

Client Success Manager Responsibilities:
• Lead from the front and personally generate leads across all of the programs for which Purple is responsible with the client organisation.
• Look out for new business opportunities and share these with the Purple client owner.
• Day to day management of the team – leading by example; coaching and advising, motivating.
• Coordinate with Purple people working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
• Be the main operational point of contact for assigned client and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with those stakeholders.
• Through the data team, ensure that the client receives information and reports as expected.
• Communicate client needs and requirements to the Purple Management team.
• Track client account metrics.

Client Success Manager Requirements:
• Customer delivery experience.
• Program or project management skills.
• Ability to communicate client needs with the team delivering the service.
• Ability to manage multiple project simultaneously.
• Great listening and communications skills.
• A background in IT Telemarketing is critical for this specific CSM role.
• Strong, unflappable personality is highly desirable for this role.
