The customer complains about the laptop that because it turns on but there is a black screen, after a diagnostic check it turned out that the thermal paste had to be replaced because it was all fossilized and also got on the processor pins where so much of this paste should not be! Another thing we started looking for the problem, what is the black screen, it turned out that probably the matrix cable connecting the motherboard to the LCD, the screen matrix was probably damaged or too much damaged, which is the reason for the black screen, at first the customer thought that there was something with the disk, but it turned out after opening it on another computer, the disk is in good condition and starts on a desktop computer with Windows, if there was a problem related to the disk or the graphics card there would be a white glow around the screen, if there was a black screen then you could try to reset the BIOS or Windows
There are currently 3 options where the problem may lie, including:
1 option replacing power supplies with socket and motherboard (the most common problem in laptops consisting of a break in the cable braided next to the laptop switch) (guarantee that the problem will be on this side 50% 100% in the current moments)
2 option if cable not help need replacement of the entire LCD display matrix
There is always a possibility if the warranty allows (guarantee due to the problem on this side 50% 100% in the current situations)
3 option the worst replacing the motherboard if the graphics card was completely die.
At the moment I am blocked onn3 options by the matrix cable , lcd sceen matrix or full motherboard , We are waiting for the customer's decision whether to choose the first option to check whether we can fix this problem in option 1 or leave it

Cześć wszystkim! Oto kolejny sprzęt elektroniczny do naprawy, w tym laptop Lenovo Ideapad 330s. Klient skarży się na laptopa, ponieważ włącza się, ale ekran jest czarny, po sprawdzeniu diagnostycznym okazało się, że pasta termoprzewodząca musiała zostać wymieniona, ponieważ była cała skamieniała i dostała się również na piny procesora, gdzie tak dużo tej pasty nie powinno się znajdować! Obecnie istnieją 3 opcje, w których może leżeć problem, w tym:
