Temporary Closure

I am not currently taking on any new business as I am out of action for approximately 6-8 weeks whilst I wait for a fractured bone to heal in my foot following an injury.

I am still offering existing customers remote support via email/messenger/telephone but am unable to carry out any on site work until further notice.

o2 mobile network maintenance - Hunstanton area

Information received from o2:-

We're carrying out some upgrade work in this area.

We’re carrying out some upgrade work to help improve our network. While we do this, you might have some trouble with your calls, texts and data but we're working as fast as we can to get things sorted. Everything should be back to normal by 8:00pm on 29-10-2025.

Just so you know, from Monday 17 November 2025 we’ll also be carrying out work with the aim to improve our network service in this area. We’re sorry if your service is affected while we work – we’ll do our best to minimise any impact.

End of season caravan shutdown procedures.. please try to keep your N&S Platinum Broadband dish powered up over the closure period.

Cancel your auto-renewal of your mobile data and/or reduce the 30 day data bundle to the minimal amount whilst you are away..

GiffGaff customers can cancel the auto recurring and wait for "nag" email about an idle account (usually after 3 months of no payment).

Smarty customers can "pause" their account for 6 months and then just buy the smallest data bundle available - around £6 per month to fill any remaining site closure period.

1pMobile customers need to spend a minimum of £10 every 60 days. Disable auto renewal and wait for the "nag" email before adding £10 monetary credit (not a data "boost") every 60 days when you receive the final nag email. Any remaining £10 credit can be used to buy a £10 data boost at the start of next season if any credit remains.
