Customer notice. Please be aware that our SIP phone system provider are experiencing a network fault which is affecting many of their customers, including SAQ. Please contact us via email or the website support centre.

Service update: our upstream providers missed out a crucial configuration which has lead to our route advertisement being compromised with Level 3 communications. This has been rectified and our network operations are working to have the routes updated manually. Once this is completed service should be restored. We thank you for your patience and appreciate your continued support. This is a major upgrade for SAQ, whilst the outage was planned, we are disappointed to have been let down by a supplier leading to a longer than anticipated disruption.

Network upgrade 14-07-18 - Please note that we will be upgrading our network and this will lead to some disruption to services from around 13:00. We'll try to keep the disruption to a minimum and will have all services restored by the evening of the 14th so please bear with us as our engineering team complete their work.
