It was great to get underway with the first part of a multi-room system for one of our customers. Using the new Lyngdorf TDAI-2210 as the zone player - one of our favourite multi-room solutions due to Lyngdorf's proprietary Room Perfect calibration system.

"The Planar 10 every time!"

Earlier this week, a customer asked the question if the Rega P10 was worth the additional outlay over the P8 and "which one would we go for?".

Rather than be as blunt as the initial statement (which we wholeheartedly stand by) we suggested a demonstration which Graeme provided in store. The P8 and P10 using the same cartridge were both played via the Quad Platina Integrated amplifier (also purchased alongside the P10) and the rather marvelous Acoustic Energy Corinium speakers. All British brands showing their class 🇬🇧

Luxman back to Pure Class A!

We're currently having fun comparing the new Luxman L-100 Class A amplifier to the ever popular L-507z and L-509z.

The L-100 is priced right between the two Class A/B amplifiers so we couldn't help but experiment with all three.

Looking forward to spending time with these once they've warmed up. There is a lot of eye candy with those VU meters!!

A well curated Hifi for very sensible money....is that even possible in 2026......Absolutely!

With a brief to focus on vinyl and the outline of a £5,000 budget, we specified the recently launched Rega P6 RS and Elex amplifier partnered with the outstanding Acoustic Energy AE1 40th Anniversary loudspeakers. More by chance than design we managed to specify all British equipment including the Custom Design rack and speaker stands to complete a very balanced and rewarding system, far exceeding the customer's expectations.

A fantastic recent customer demonstration featuring Naim electronics and Kudos loudspeakers. A match made in heaven!

Naim and Kudos has always been a popular combination, the synergy of the two brands stands out from the first note. The Kudos Titan range, in this case the 606, have the ability to be made active with their Sigao Drive.
