where did that go!?) I graduated with First Class Honours in Illustration...from there I spent six years in advertising and then five years as a college lecturer. In 2012 my small independent business started life in our back bedroom with nothing more than an ironing board for a desk, a second-hand stool, and an A3 printer (which was my pride and joy at the time!). In 2016, I moved into a small of

fice in the thriving Croft Myl hub in Halifax, Yorkshire. Four years and three studio moves later (still in Croft Myl - we just kept bursting out of our spaces!) I now have a fab team working with me on stationery making who I would be lost without! We have worked with brides the length and breadth of the UK and further afield in Italy, France, USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia. The last eight years have been somewhat of a roller coaster and since then my little business has grown into something I could never have dreamed of! In 2018 we were invited to a fab sparkly ceremony in London to collect our ‘Highly Commended’ accolade from The British Wedding Awards 2018 - a truly 'pinch me!' moment! The last two years have seen us invest in our very own printing press and finishing equipment, meaning we are now fully in control of quality and timeframes. My Dad, Chris (recently retired) has joined me as my Print Manager, running the press (he's also a pretty top dad and grandad!) Just when he thought he could put his feet up and relax, I persuaded him out of retirement to set up the printing press we invested in back in April 2018 and he's now become a permanent fixture!

Our Story

Come inside our little Yorkshire studio...

Julia Eastwood, the brand, started life in my back bedroom in 2012 with nothing more than an ironing board for a desk, a second hand stool and an A3 printer (which was my pride and joy at the time!). The last 7 years have been somewhat of a roller coaster and since then my little business has grown into something I could never have dreamed of!

Beginning In 2016, I moved from my little back bedroom into a small office in the thriving Croft Myl hub in Halifax, Yorkshire. Three years and two studio moves later, still in the fantastic Croft Myl, we hold a ‘Highly Commended’ accolade from The British Wedding Awards 2018 . We have also invested in our very own printing press and finishing equipment, meaning we are fully in control of quality and timeframes.

Illustrating and designing wedding stationery is my passion and we have worked with brides the length and breadth of the UK and further afield in Italy, France, the USA, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia.
