Happy Lincolnshire Day!

MOVING ON….

Thankyou to The Business Hive for being our Grimsby home since 2020.

Tuesday night saw their final networking event at the Dudley St offices with a wonderful BBQ.

It’s not the end though - it’s more of a new beginning.

We - together with The Hive, are moving to their new home at:

The Hive, St James Square
Grimsby,North East Lincolnshire
DN31 1EP.

Good luck with the move Mark Webb, Sophie Surfleet, Laura Bradshaw, Jodie Searby, Natalie Cresswell and team - see you on the other side!

THE FACE OF FRUSTRATION……

Being bounced backwards and forwards between providers of different layers of a system.

You need to speak to “x” they told us to alter “y”.

No one knows WHY an instruction was given. They are apparently unable to speak directly to one another.

AND IN THE MEANTIME - the poor customer is without an internet connection which also means NO PHONES!

Fortunately I’m the one with the frustration of being bounced around so my customer can get on with their day job.

Having set up their VoIP system they also have access to an alternative option of using an App over 5G to make & receive calls.

Which just leaves me tearing my hair out trying to find other humans to talk to who can understand and take action to resolve things.

It’s all part of the job but that’s why customers use Genius Technology as their broker to provide and support their telcoms needs. We’re here to sort out such problems and ensure you stay connected.

It’s not just a good idea -

Things are getting so busy for Genius Technology Solutions that we’ve had to draft in some seasonal support.

When you get a Monday morning compliment about one of your staff - PRICELESS.

Well done Stefan.

RAIN STOPPED PLAY….

But only for a while, but can you see the join?

Openreach attended this morning and laid the fibre underground to terminate at the house where we advised.

A remote rural location set well back from the road. BT had originally said they couldn’t provide a fibre service. We identified how it could be done!

Meanwhile the team are connecting the internal network and external CCTV system.

Teamwork -

TIME TO RESET!! WHATS YOUR VOTE?

We’re having a bit of a refresh to reflect our new structure and service offering.

We still do:
PHONES,
BROADBAND by any means, and
GUEST WIFI

but we’re doing more:
DATA NETWORKING,
CCTV and
COMMUNITY BROADBAND PROJECTS.

Hence we’re changing our name from Genius Technology Solutions to
Genius Networks and restyling our logo.

Which option do you prefer?

Nothing to frighten you with our services…

We don’t want to Ghost you & you won’t need a Ouija Board to make contact with our systems.

Drop a comment if we can help you improve your connectivity.

At Genius Technology Solutions we aim to give you a human service, clear pricing with no surprises and no shocks in your billing.

Your call is important to us - really, so why not give us a call.

It’s that easy -

Great to round the week off with some feedback from a customer who was told he couldn’t get Fibre.

He’s now operating on 1Gb running his home, office & CCTV systems.

Can we help you get up to speed?
