Yesterday, we brought the Onefile team together in Manchester for our Q3 All Hands 🙌

It was a packed day, bringing colleagues together to hear updates from across the business, welcome new starters, share what our teams have been working on and look ahead to what’s coming next.

The afternoon was all about AI, exploring the opportunities it brings and how we can make the most of it in our day-to-day work.

We then rounded off the day by celebrating some of the brilliant people across Onefile with our colleague awards. A huge congratulations to Tosin Adeyemo, Mark Green, Lucy Cookney, Jordan Goldstraw and Jenny Griffin! 🏆👏

Our All Hands are always a great opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, reconnect with colleagues, share ideas and come together as one team.

Passionate about coaching and developing high-performing teams, James has a strong track record of building commercial strategies that drive consistency, accountability and sustainable growth.
