We are driven by fire: pressure, deadlines, ambition, and daily stress. Fire helps us move forward, but with no container, it just burns and takes over.
If you’ve been feeling burnt out, reactive, or just "loud" inside your own head, it’s time to look at the reflection.
Here are 3 ways to find your "Water" energy today:
1. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝟐-𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐭: When you feel the heat rising (frustration or anxiety), stop. Don't speak. Close your eyes and visualise your energy sinking from your head down into your chest. Let the "flames" settle into a pool of stillness.
2. 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐬: Fire is fed by oxygen and fuel. What are you feeding your mind? If it’s constant notifications and noise, you’re just adding logs to the flame. Give yourself 30 minutes of "Digital Stillness" to let the surface of your mind stop rippling.
3. 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭, 𝐃𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭: When a problem arises, we usually try to "burn" through it with force. Try reflecting on it instead. What is this situation showing you about your own boundaries?
Balance isn't about choosing one side; it’s about being the person who can master both. You need the fire to create, but you need the water to survive.
Which side are you leaning into more today? 🔥 (Action/Passion) or 💧 (Reflection/Peace)?
Let’s talk in the comments. 👇
