What should an in-store pick-up / click & collect service look like during Covid-19?

It should:
- Allow customers with online orders to check-in by phone, weblink, QR code etc. when they approach a store
– Let customers pre-schedule their collection times
– Provide customers with real-time wait time estimates and collection status updates
– Allow store associates to view checked-in customers, locate multiple orders at once and bring them to customers in-store, at a carpark or at your curbside.
