Website down… and no one knew why.
It’s a situation no business owner wants to deal with, but it’s more common than you might think.

A client came to us recently after their website suddenly went offline. At first, there was no clear explanation, which only added to the frustration. After investigating, we discovered the issue was an expired domain. Normally, that’s a quick and simple fix… but this time it wasn’t so straightforward.

On the surface, it sounds like a quick change. In reality, there are a few important steps behind the scenes to make sure everything is updated correctly and aligned properly across Google. We worked through the process with them, updated the information correctly, and the account is now going through verification with Google. ✅
