GDL Electrical Contractors Ltd is an expanding company based in Goxhill specialising in: industrial, commercial and agricultural industries, you will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and willing to complete relevant electrical qualifications within an appropriate and designated time frame.
As an Electrician, you will be expected to work alone and/or alongside other qualified Electricians and Apprentices in their day to day duties. Your duties will include installation, repairing & maintaining electrical equipment on poultry farms. Other responsibilities, depending on experience, may include panel building, maintaining motors and controller inverters, electrical installation certificates and electrical installation condition reports.
You will often be required to liaise with senior management external to the company; you will need a positive attitude and remain professional at all times.
You will need to be flexible due to constant turn around and high demands; depending on knowledge and experience, you may be required to assist on-call and out of hour duties.
General Working hours: 7.30 - 15.30 (although these may vary).
Overtime is available on a regular basis.
Required Qualifications:
NVQ Level 3 & AM2 or equivalent.
Driving Licence
ECS Gold Card
IPAF
