Not even April 1st. Chrome stopped being installed many moons ago. Edge’s security issues highlighted recently (remember I said never trust a browser with your passwords) means a new daily driver is a priority.

You did remember to opt out of AI, didn't you?

Secure Boot updates should be happening automatically but in many instances they have not in Healthchecks I’ve carried out since February 26.

I have monitored and ensured they are completed as part of general security checks done at a Healthcheck.

Microsoft have made this simpler to see if the update has taken place. I advise that you check as running with Secure Boot degraded is a massive increase to your attack surface.

Healthchecks are available on an appointment basis to existing customers. New customers will have to be running a supported Windows 11 device. Windows 10 devices will not be automatically updated as support is ended.

List of features

Tab searching - CTRL & H is superior?
Copilot - is turned off on my browser
Game Assist - wouldn't be surprised if this hits FPS in some games
Passkeys - requires a MS account (still recommended), can't sync to Edge on mobile (yet? Still don't recommend Edge on mobile, stay platform native), have never recommended browser saving passwords, passkey implementation is better than I expected but still requires you to manage passwords; they still exist!
Visual search - useful AI tool?
Scareware Blocker - is turned on by default, but I bet it does not capture the main source of scareware, which is rogue adverts

I was hoping to sound more positive about these additions....maybe it is Monday after all.
