🔧 PS5 Disc Drive Repair – Back to Full Working Order! 🎮

This PS5 came in with a faulty disc drive that wasn’t loading/ejecting discs properly.

After stripping the console down and carefully inspecting the drive mechanism, the fault was traced and repaired rather than simply replacing the complete drive.

✅ Full disc drive strip-down
✅ Mechanism inspected and corrected
✅ Drive reassembled and tested
✅ Discs loading, reading and ejecting correctly again

🎮 PS5 Controller Upgrade Today! 🔧

Today we replaced the worn analogue sticks in a customer’s PS5 DualSense controller with new Hall Effect analogue sticks.

Rather than simply replacing them with standard sticks, we upgraded them to Hall Effect technology, which offers:

✅ Longer lifespan
✅ Much better resistance to stick drift
✅ Smooth and accurate movement
✅ A proper upgrade over the original analogue sticks

When he dropped it off he was not very happy but when he collected it he was stunned.

I managed to heat and bend it to shape almost perfectly straight without changing the frame.
Still new screen needed but thats a very good result. If I do say so myself :p
