sessment to ensure you only pay for the time and work needed meaning no hidden costs! Extra hardware- Extra memory to speed up your machine or a new hard drive are amongst many different things we can replace or add for you at minimal cost! No problem we don't charge for tech support, although all contributions are welcome to the company! We just do our best to give you The Best Service Possible! Fully qualified engineers with a passion to ensure our customers are always satisfied! No matter the situation here at RCStech we WILL get your IT issue resolved!

This customer came to us with a screen issue which Apple quoted over £600 to replace and with a month turn around time. We did it for less than half that and supplied and fitted a new genuine screen within 72 hours. One very satisfied customer. Dont forget we put the customer first rather than the cost!

💥💥ANNOUNCEMENT FOR CUSTOMERS OLD AND NEW💥💥
PLEASE TELL ANYBODY YOU KNOW TO CONTACT ME FOR ANYTHING IT RELATED
I HAVE JUST WITNESSED WHILST IN A VERY WELL KNOWN ELECTRONICS HIGH STREET SHOP, 2 CUSTOMERS GETTING RIPPED OFF, UNTIL I STOPPED IT!
1 CUSTOMER LOOKING TO BUY A STANDARD LAPTOP FOR BASIC USE AND WAS BEING TOLD BY THE SALES PERSON THAT THEY NEEDED THE £1200!!! LAPTOP, I COULD NOT LET THIS HAPPEN SO WHEN THE ADVISOR WALKED AWAY I SPOKE TO THE CUSTOMER WHO WAS VERY RELEAVED.
THE OTHER, WANTED A SIMPLE DATA TRANSFER AND WAS GOING TO BE CHARGED HUNDREDS, EVEN IF NO DATA WAS TO BE RECOVERED!!
I CAN'T UNDERSTAND HOW SHOPS CAN DO THIS, SO PLEASE EVEN IF ITS FOR THE SMALLEST THING, LET ME SAVE YOUR FRIEND, FAMILY OR NEIGHBOUR MONEY!!
