With the overall goal of coming together and bringing life back into the city after such a challenging year, why not feel good and get in with a chance to win some amazing prizes too! Re-visit and re-discover all that Gloucester has to offer in a fun, interactive and inviting way that the little ones will especially love.

Hey guys!
Another update!

Firstly, you can now Click and Collect Next Gen consoles! 🎉 These will be on a slightly different time frame to our normal click and collect, as you'll have 4 hours to collect the item from the time we Whatsapp you. Whereas for normal Click and Collect you'll have 24 hours.

As I'm sure you're all aware we are now in National Lockdown. Due to government guidelines, we are unable to process refunds at this time, until we are reopened.

Fear not, you will still be entitled to your refunds, we just gotta wait till we're back open.

48 hour unwanted policy, will be extended for 2 weeks after we reopen. So if you've bought something you don't like within lockdown, you have 2 weeks from opening day to bring it back for a voucher refund.

Any items that have become faulty will have extended time frames also. So if you've bought an item from 7th December into lockdown, then your first 30 days will be extended to 2 weeks after we open. So if your item has become faulty within that time you can have a refund back to method of payment. Everything still comes with a 2 year warranty!

For any online orders, you're stuff is the same, but you'll have to send the item back to receive the refund.

Hey guys!

Quick update!

As we're in Tier 4 now, the shop is only open for Click and Collect and Drop and Go services. We will be in store 12-6 most days and 12-5 Sundays.

Unfortunately we are unable to process any refunds or replacements in store, unless the process has been started online. So if you've had any issues with any purchases or orders, that require replacements or refunds, please contact our customer services via the support page on our website.

Hey guys!

Quick lockdown update!

Although we will be closed for the normal shopping experience in store, we will still be operating online! So you can still buy and sell stuff! Woo! This also includes our sort of new Drop and Go service!

Drop and Go will be done in a slightly different way to normal though! Book your stuff in online as usual, but when you drop it at store you'll need to use our doorbell to get someone to collect the items from you at the door! This will be done all socially distanced of course!

Drop & Go is the new way to sell your goods in-store to CeX! This will allow you to skip those pesky queues and be gone in no time at all! Simply create a basket for the goods you wish to sell to us (Making sure you’re as accurate as pos...
