Jagged Rock Studios

Jagged Rock Studios Jagged Rock Studios is a small Independant Video Game development company from Scotland.

The team consists of four Computer Game Development students from Reid Kerr College who formed a mutual friendship and drive to create the best possible games. They came together initially for the purpose of a college graded unit but decided to take it further due to the high quality of team work.

The Jagged Rock Studios team are putting the final touches on the version of "Call of Fruity" for their appearance at the Skills Scotland event at the SECC tomorrow. The whole team is really excited to get another chance to show off the game before it is entered in to the Imagine Cup.

The Jagged Rock Studios team will be making an appearance at the Skills Scotland event at the SECC on the 6th November to show off "Call of Fruity". The team are very excited to get another chance to show off the game which is still in development.

In other related news Jagged Rock Studios have now officially registered for the "Imagine Cup", a game development competition run by Microsoft. Fingers crossed.

There was a lot of interest in "Call of Fruity" on Thursday at the "Dangerous Ideas: Learning Through Gaming" conference which has given the team a big morale boost for going forward. The team are meeting on Tuesday to discuss the future of the project so more updates will be coming soon.

The team will be in Dundee on Thursday 20th June at the Festival of Dangerous Ideas: Learning Through Gaming to showcase their first game "Call of Fruity" which is currently still in Beta stages. "Call of Fruity" will be entered into the Microsoft Imagine Cup next year and will be released shortly after.
