In preparation for our relaunch (yes, it has been a long time coming) we have revised our product range
We have also now fully swapped from cPanel to DirectAdmin
Our website has been corrected to match these recent changes

Our existing customers now have our Premium packages, previously the Basic packages
These are packages with all the features; 10 Mail Accounts, one MySQL database, support for one Domain Name

Our new range are Customised packages
With the change from cPanel to DirectAdmin we can now offer this range
Each package starts with the option of units of 250MB webspace
You can then decide upon the amount of bandwidth, Mail Accounts, MySQL databases and Addon Domains

In some cases the Customised packages will be cheaper than the Premium packages
This will be relevant where the current package only uses one Mail account and does not use any other feature (for example, no MySQL database and no Addon Domains

This week we have updated our Privacy Policy

As a result we will no longer be sending out eMail newsletters (it's easier than managing subscription lists)

However, you will still receive our mandatory eMails, including details of price changes and Invoices
Customers may request not to receive these eMails, but sadly in order to comply with the GDPR the customer account will be terminated

We are currently transferring customers to a new server this month
You may experience downtime during this process
This will be completed by 31 March 2018

With effect from Tuesday 01 November 2016 a new pricing structure will come into effect for all products and services
Website Hosting Packages -
We will be revising the Hosting packages into bundles of 250MB, at a rate of £15.00 per year
Customers whose current usage is within 25MB of the nearest package will be transferred to the next bundle
For example, if the current usage is 476MB the new package will be 750MB
Website Hosting Packages options -
All packages will include :
a multiple of 10 monthly bandwidth (for example 250MB webspace with 2,500MB of bandwidth)
10 Mail Accounts
1 My SQL database
Terms and Conditions -
We will be updating Clauses 4 and 13 of the Terms and Conditions :
4.4.1 In the event of a Website Hosting package expiring and the customer seeking to renew the package within 28 days once expired this process will incur an administration charge of £25.00
13.6 In the event of a website Hosting package expiring and 28 days passing the agreement will be deemed to be terminated and the data deleted in accordance with clause 13.5

The above prices will be revised again on 01 March 2017, with Nominets next annual price change and is likely to be advised during November 2016

Domain Names - biz info
We will be withdrawing the above automated options, but any Domain Name TLD will remain available on request
Terms and Conditions -

We have been made aware of an issue with our system generated email address ([email protected]) being treated as spam by gMail
Even when account holders add this eMail address to their spam filter rules, it would appear they are still being treated as spam

As a result we have changed the eMail address our system generated eMails are sent from
