The Government announcing plans to change the homebuying process by using key property information up front is a move I strongly welcome. In fact, we have been successfully doing it in Scotland for years.

March is certainly running away quickly. Speaking of running the above was taken at the park run in Stirling last weekend. Park runs are free community events run every Saturday. It is a 5k that you can walk jog or run. There are over 1315 park runs across the country. Do you know where your nearest is?

Spring has sprung! With the spring equinox yesterday it’s officially spring no matter how many clouds are in the sky today! Loads of daffodils spotted in Dassie park in Glasgow.
Daffodils are among the first flowers to show in spring and are seen as a symbol of rebirth and new beginning

Gliding into a new week like 🦢These guys were spotted catching some spring sunshine at Drumpellier country park. Did you know the lochs of Drumpellier are part of a chain of ponds which were formed towards the end of the last ice age 🧊

Some art spotted on our travels. The Robert Burns mural can be found in Kilmarnock and was created by Michael Corr. The colours used in the mural represent different themes the browns and pinks represent nature one of Burns’ biggest inspirations. Blue and green which are prominent colours in the East Ayrshire coat of arms as well as yellow for sun which is mentioned in his work “to a mountain daisy”. Hopefully we will all be seeing more sun soon 🌸

It’s blowin a hooley in Scotland today again. A month after storm Eowyn arrived which brought winds as high as 102mph to parts of Scotland. The damage from the storm still visible, the above from Glasgow Green which saw several trees fall.
