We enjoyed all the traditional Oktoberfest trimmings: b**r steins, bratwurst, and pretzels – all accompanied by an amazing oompah band!🎺

We recently took a break from our screens for something a little different!

Our Wellbeing Champion, Caroline, organised the first of our new wellbeing workshops: a 60-minute Sonic Reset with Iain from Glasgow Soundbath.

With gongs, metal bowls, bells and chimes moving through the room, it was a chance for everyone to slow down, switch off and take a proper breather in the middle of the working day.

The team returned to their desks practically floating for the afternoon!✨
