ill have cumbersome process of applying via email, printing off a word or PDF document, sending that back and forward over email to then set up a standing order. Having solved this for tennis clubs, we can now offer this to golf clubs also. I gave up golf six years ago and started playing tennis, competitively. In 2019 volunteered to re-build Rutherglen Tennis club web-site

During 2020 lockdown, I developed the app to automate the membership process for new members and renewals. Developed web-site to process all membership applications and renewals to remove massive administration overhead
Having managed 450+ memberships (renewals and new application) every year for last three years, we have in-depth knowledge of the amount of effort administering, chasing payments, monitoring who has paid, checking monthly standing orders, replying to new members, joining instructions and making sure the money is in the bank. Having 25+ years experience designing web, database, payments and reporting systems mainly for banks, we decided to make it simpler for golf clubs to have:-
Nicer website (most golf and tennis club sites are terrible)
Simpler way for members to apply for membership online
Simpler way to pay for memberships
Simpler way to manage direct debits, standing orders, cheque and report on who has paid. Simpler way to pull all the systems, apps, forms and emails together
So that 99% of the handling of memberships is automated.
