From joining us on the support desk, to testing, to Product Owner, and now leading the way as Head of QA — what a journey it’s been.

Ross has truly made his mark every single year. A mentor, a friend, and an example to follow, he consistently encourages those around him to succeed and has earned the respect of everyone he works with — not just as a leader, but as a person.

It’s been a genuine pleasure to watch his growth and to work alongside him. And while he’s always up for a starring role in a video, his Christmas Elf performance will go down in Firefish legend!
