✨ Introducing Our New Website ✨

We’re delighted to announce the launch of the brand-new Orchid Memories website!

Over the past few months, we’ve been working behind the scenes to create a fresh, modern and more user-friendly experience for the families and funeral professionals we support.

Our new website has been carefully redesigned to make it easier than ever to find information, explore our products and services, and get in touch with us. We’ve simplified the layout, improved navigation, added new products, refined existing ones, and introduced a straightforward online order form so families can place orders and upload information at a time that suits them.

As a business, we believe it’s important to continually evolve and improve. We want every visitor to instantly understand who we are, what we do, and how we can help during what is often a very difficult time.

Whether you’re looking for printed funeral order of service booklets, memorial photo boards, memory cards, seed packets, QR tribute products or design inspiration, everything is now easier to access and browse.

A huge thank you to Ash and Jasmine at Imprint Design for all of their hard work, patience and expertise in helping us bring the new website to life. We are absolutely thrilled with the result.

For this beautiful design, the family shared that their loved one adored holidays in Greece, loved bright pink and orange dahlias, enjoyed a glass of wine, and treasured spending time with her family. We incorporated these meaningful details into the artwork, creating a design that felt personal, fitting and uniquely hers.

Every person leaves behind a story, and we believe their order of service should help tell it.

For this gentleman’s design, we gently incorporated his love of classic cars, Sunday drives and tinkering beneath the bonnet, alongside the beautiful blue and white roses chosen for his floral tribute. Small personal touches that helped create something truly meaningful for his family to hold onto.

For this family, it was important that the funeral stationery reflected both their mum’s love of butterflies and the beautiful butterfly-shaped floral tribute they had chosen in her memory.

Using soft pink, white and lilac tones inspired by the tribute flowers, we created a bespoke butterfly-themed order of service with delicate butterfly details flowing subtly throughout the design. We also incorporated a treasured wedding photograph of Mum and Dad together, making the booklet feel even more personal and meaningful.

We’re sharing Pauline’s beautiful daffodil order of service today—a design that perfectly captured her spirit and the season she loved. The family chose soft yellows and spring florals to reflect the start of spring, paired with a vintage distressed ribbon tied gently around the spine.

Every Order of Service we create is completely personal to the life being celebrated 💛

David’s family told us he was an artist who loved to paint, adored superheroes (especially Superman 🦸‍♂️), and that yellow roses would be part of his floral tributes. His exit music was the Superman theme — so it felt only right to weave those special touches into his design.
-
We incorporated soft yellow roses, artistic elements, hints of blue and red inspired by the Superman colours, and even created a bespoke Superman-style emblem with a “D” instead of an “S” — just for David.
-
The result was a truly unique Order of Service, designed to reflect his personality, passions and the things he loved most.
-
The family were over the moon with it, and we hope every guest who attended left with a special keepsake — something personal, meaningful and created entirely in his honour.

“For this mission, the brief was clear…”

James Bond.
Formula One racing.
Music.
And red freesias from his garden.

Mick’s send-off needed to reflect the life he lived and the things he loved — right down to the Bond theme accompanying his final farewell.

We carefully wove each element into a tasteful, cohesive design that felt fitting, refined and unmistakably him.
-
Because that’s what we believe in.
Not generic. Not ordinary.
But personal, thoughtful keepsakes that guests can take away and treasure.

Mick’s partner Sue’s, lovely message after the service reminded us why we do what we do — being part of that final chapter is something we never take lightly.

Every life is unique.
Every farewell should be too.
