Exaltis is growing! 🎉

I'm looking to add one or two brilliant freelance WordPress developers to the team.

As Exaltis continues to grow, I want to increase our development capacity while maintaining the standards and personal service my clients know me for.

I'll continue to personally lead every project, from strategy and design through to client communication and final sign-off. I'm looking for experienced developers to work alongside me and help bring those projects to life.

A strong understanding of SEO, responsive development, website performance, and good WordPress practice is essential.

Initially, this would be freelance/contract work on a project-by-project basis, with the potential for regular work if we're a good fit.

I'd love your personal recommendations, so if you've worked with a brilliant WordPress developer who is reliable, meticulous, and genuinely cares about the quality of what they build, please tag them or introduce us.

And if that's you, feel free to drop me a message with a little about you and some examples of your work.

North East-based would be ideal, although finding the right person/people is more important than location.

Some projects are a real joy to work on, and this was definitely one of them. ✨

I've just launched a brand‑new website for Create Retreats, and I couldn't be prouder of how it's come together.

Gillian and Andreas had built two much‑loved businesses over the years: Pilates North East, and their retreats in Crete. The trouble was, everything lived in different places under different names, and with completely different branding. The story just wasn't joined up.

So we brought it all under one roof. One fresh new brand, one beautiful new website (if I do say so myself!), and one clear home for everything they do.

TYDE Seaview Sauna isn't just another sauna. It's a beautiful beachside experience overlooking the North Sea, where you can warm up, slow down, and reset while taking in some incredible views. The first time I stepped inside, I actually had a few tears! The view was just breathtaking.

It was a real pleasure bringing their website to life. I wanted it to feel just as calm and welcoming as the experience itself, and I'd love to know what you think.

If you're looking for somewhere to switch off for a couple of hours, I can't recommend it enough. It also happens to be run by some of the loveliest people you'll meet.

SEO doesn't have to be confusing, getting found on Google doesn't have to feel impossible, and asking questions definitely shouldn't make you feel embarrassed.

Most of my clients come to me because they know their website or Google presence could be better... they just don't know where to start. That's exactly why I do what I do.

For the last 2 days, Tricia Scott and I have been in London, and it's reminded me just how much being around the right people matters.

We met some truly amazing women, and the conversations we had made me feel a renewed sense of fire about what I'm doing (both with Exaltis and with rebuilding Safer Date).
