A customer contacted me to ask for guidance on what would be required to provide a stable 5G service at a property near Dufftown, They were tired of their antiquated BT landline speeds of less than 5Mbs and felt they could possibly improve this, as 5G was in their area. After a site visit, I recommended the equipment that they would need, which included an external 5G antenna coupled with a good quality 5G router at affordable prices. They bought the equipment directly, which was an immediate saving, and I installed and configured everything for them. I tested download Speeds ranging from 85Mbs on the main road to 280Mbs on the office computer, so I can safely say that they were extremely happy! Next step, get rid of the legacy landline completely and introduce a VoiP solution. :-)
