Welcome to Pretorian Technologies - UK based designers, developers, and manufacturers of a vast range of computer input and related devices for Special Educational Needs and Industrial / Commercial Applications. Our team at Pretorian Technologies take immense pride in our desire to use our abilities to help those less fortunate than ourselves and who need a little extra help to achieve the things the rest of us take for granted. Our mission is to provide those people with that help, and in turn, empower them to get the most from life. We do this by continually innovating our assistive products and technology, listening to our market for what adaptations users need; all whilst developing and manufacturing our products in-house. For the Special Needs market, our range of Assistive Technology and Communication products is the most comprehensive and extensive of any manufacturer and includes the unique SimplyWorks® family of wireless AT (Assistive Technology) and AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) products. For Industrial, Commercial and High-Rel markets, our range comprises panel mount, fascia mount, and Desktop trackballs, and fascia mount joysticks suitable for use in all computer applications. The Freedom from Pretorian Technologies allows one switch to control up to four different devices.

Users can select which device their switch controls using either an extended press of their main switch or a second switch—giving them greater flexibility and independence when using multiple devices.
