Going into year three, there are big plans afoot! Which we can't wait to share with you, but you have to wait a little longer! It will be worth it, I promise!

It is advisable to have a clear understanding of your requirements, existing processes, and improvement areas before seeking software solutions. This ensures that you can effectively communicate your needs to potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings based on your specific requirements.

Couple of pointers when looking at potential software options:
1. Will it integrate with other software?
2. Where will my data be stored?
3. How do they manage system downtime/upgrades etc.
4. Do you have a say in improvements and upgrades?
5. How does a standard implementation look?
6. Additional costs; implementation, storage, retention etc
7. Disaster recovery, security policies.
