“We didn’t realise how much time this was costing us until we stepped back.”

It’s often not one big problem - it’s the daily workarounds, small frustrations, and processes people have just learned to live with.

When those issues were finally addressed, the biggest change wasn’t technical at all. It was the sense of relief across the team.

Sometimes improving IT is simply about removing obstacles people didn’t even realise they were carrying.
