Hi Everyone,
HelpSaveMyComputer is an Independent local computer repairer.
Since we have lower overheads, our costs are much lower, enabling us to offer repairs much more cost effectively than the big players.
As we are not retailers of computer equipment or software, we are motivated to provide an unbiased assessment of your problem, not just sell you another Computer.
We don't just deal with the hardware; and since we are independent of Microsoft and other software companies, we won't be pushing the latest version of Windows etc.
So if you don't like Windows 11, stay with Windows 10, or Windows 7. And yes it is possible and affordable to downgrade from Windows 11 !!
Your Computer can last a few more years with the right repair. Save money, and think "Green"; if you can get it repaired it won't end up in land fill!

So your Computer has now gradually slowed to crawl. Probably need to replace it right?
Not necessarily. In the right hands your trusty computer can be given a new lease of life; and you won't have the headaches of a new machine:
- setting everything up from scratch,
- moving your data over to it,
- reinstalling all your programs,
and most likely having to get to grips with a new version of Windows!
Why not give me a call? Perhaps reincarnation maybe possible for your trusty companion? And if not we can provide impartial advice on a replacement.

Problems accessing the Internet can be caused by a host of different things. Wi-Fi signal strength and issues with the connection to your broadband provider /router are the typical causes. I can help get to the route of the problem and recommend the best course of action to get it resolved.
