DBmarlin 6.9 is here 🎉

The main theme of this release is high availability. DBmarlin now understands SQL Server Failover Clusters and Always On Availability Groups, and can alert you when a failover happens or when an Availability Group becomes unhealthy.

On the Db2 side, we've added support for multi-member configurations with Db2 DPF and Db2 pureScale. Under the hood, the charts have moved to a new library and the archiver is quicker.
