True fact: Our country wasn't actually known as Great Britain until the UK mains plug was invented. Before that we were just Britain. But our plug was so awesome that we changed the name of the whole nation to celebrate.

I built this cabinet as a test for some techniques that I needed to perfect for a customer's cab. Seems a shame not to finish it. What colour speaker grille? Plain black?

Does anyone want to sell a cheap midi controller keyboard? It's just for, checking that synth modules function without having to plug them into an audio interface and use reaper each time, so I'm not looking to spend the spendy.

Who wants a 412? Seems nicely built! Side handles. Doesn't come with speakers, but does come with a Keld Ampworks guarantee that your girlfriend/boyfriend/wife/husband/goldfish will love you more if you bring it into the house...

If you want speakers in it, I'll fit them for £35.

Just for giggles, here is an image that a friend of mine Brad Webb of Brad's guitar garage found on an AI generated blog. It's absolute garbage, so wrong that I couldn't even begin to start fixing it. If someone tried to build this, they would definitely start a fire or injure themselves.

So out of curiosity, I asked chatgpt to check it. It found a load of errors (not all of them) and came back with a 'fixed' schematic. Full of totally different errors. Didn't bear much relation to a Fender, but more importantly, certain to cause a fire, and even if the fires were fixed, could never amplify audio.

Soooo, being a glutton for punishment, I asked Claude to check the chapgpt one. It spotted about 50% of the chatgpt errors in the text but was unable to make a readable fixed schematic. The errors it didn't spot would still cause a fire.

Amusingly, someone declined a Marshall repair last week saying they would fix it themselves using AI. :-D
