Custom Bell RS7 Ultra Carbon design.

For this bespoke 3D design, we went with a striking, high-visibility aesthetic, combining vibrant fluorescent yellow and classic fluorescent Marlboro red over a crisp white base. We incorporated an interlocking geometric motif across the crown and sharp black key-line detailing that flows seamlessly around the rear spoiler and ventilation channels, all finished in a stealthy matte clear coat and paired with a red multi-layer visor to give this racing helmet a commanding, modern track presence.

Developed entirely through our bespoke 3D helmet design workflow, these photorealistic renders allow the driver to visualise how the matte lacquer, neon tones, and red mirror visor interact from every angle before a single drop of paint is sprayed. Custom Arai GP-7 SRC helmet design, engineered for a true sense of speed. 🏁

The brief for this project was all about creating forward momentum and aggressive energy. We achieved this by wrapping sleek, flowing electric blue and gold lines around a deep candy red design over Arai's stunning carbon base. Finished in a premium high gloss all over, the crown is dominated by a striking gold tiger motif, giving the design a fierce, dynamic presence on the track.

This showcases our complete end-to-end Spindrift service. We supplied the brand-new Arai GP-7 SRC shell, developed the full 360-degree digital concept, and managed the complex physical paintwork so the final product perfectly matches these 3D renders. Custom Bell HP7 EVO-IV design.

For this bespoke 3D design, we went with a striking, high-impact aesthetic, combining a vibrant neon fades with a seamless Union Jack wrap. We incorporated an aggressive custom bull mascot on the rear and intricate graphic detailing across the crown, perfectly contrasted by sharp, exposed carbon fibre sections against the chrome base to give this racing helmet a distinctly modern, aggressive feel.

This high-impact design is built on a full chrome base, utilising translucent fades of magenta, deep purple, and electric blue to create a striking, vibrant aesthetic. The crown features an intricate feather plume pattern, while a stylised Ta**us motif anchors the rear. We finished the design with sharp, aggressive geometric lines and the driver's 'MP' initials integrated cleanly on the jawline.

Custom Arai CK-6 design for Antonios Haddad. 🏁

This is the second of the two new helmets we’ve delivered for Antonios this season. For this design, we went with a much more aggressive, high-contrast aesthetic, combining a vibrant red, black, and white colour scheme with a full high-gloss finish. We incorporated his bespoke 'AH' logo as a bold pattern across the crown, while carrying over the personal touches of the Lebanese cedar and Australian flag around the base.

Just like the first, this was a complete end-to-end Spindrift project - from supplying the brand-new Arai shell and rendering the 3D visual concept, right through to managing the premium physical paintwork to ensure the final product perfectly matches the screen. Custom Arai CK-6 design for kart racer, Antonios Haddad. 🏁

This is the first of two helmets we’ve been working on for Antonios this season. We created this design on a striking chrome base, utilising silver and gold chrome against flat matte white sections to create a premium contrast. If you look closely, you'll spot a subtle 'AH' monogram pattern ghosted into the background - a bespoke personal logo we also designed for him - alongside details incorporating the Lebanese and the Australian flags.

We handled this as a complete end-to-end project, from supplying the brand-new Arai CK-6 shell and creating the 3D visual concept, right through to managing the premium physical paintwork so the final product perfectly matches these renders.

Custom Bell RS7 Pro helmet design for motorsport storyteller and presenter Thomas Gray (). 🏁

We created this fresh 3D concept on a rich British racing green base, utilising striking white graphics framed by heavy gold glitter metal flake keylines to ensure it catches the light on camera. The layout cleanly integrates his key partner logos whilst a subtle Union Jack is ghosted into the design across the crown.

James Cottingham’s 2026 Le Mans 24 Hours helmet ⏱️🇫🇷

We had great fun creating this one-off special design, celebrating Raceborn 75 - 75 years since Porsche’s first class win at Le Mans. This helmet steps away from James’ traditional colours to create a fitting tribute, complete with illustrations of the original 356 and the modern 911 GT3 R that James and his team mates will be racing on the back.
