Custom Arai CK-6 design for Antonios Haddad. 🏁

This is the second of the two new helmets we’ve delivered for Antonios this season. For this design, we went with a much more aggressive, high-contrast aesthetic, combining a vibrant red, black, and white colour scheme with a full high-gloss finish. We incorporated his bespoke 'AH' logo as a bold pattern across the crown, while carrying over the personal touches of the Lebanese cedar and Australian flag around the base.

Just like the first, this was a complete end-to-end Spindrift project - from supplying the brand-new Arai shell and rendering the 3D visual concept, right through to managing the premium physical paintwork to ensure the final product perfectly matches the screen. Custom Arai CK-6 design for kart racer, Antonios Haddad. 🏁

This is the first of two helmets we’ve been working on for Antonios this season. We created this design on a striking chrome base, utilising silver and gold chrome against flat matte white sections to create a premium contrast. If you look closely, you'll spot a subtle 'AH' monogram pattern ghosted into the background - a bespoke personal logo we also designed for him - alongside details incorporating the Lebanese and the Australian flags.

We handled this as a complete end-to-end project, from supplying the brand-new Arai CK-6 shell and creating the 3D visual concept, right through to managing the premium physical paintwork so the final product perfectly matches these renders.

Custom Bell RS7 Pro helmet design for motorsport storyteller and presenter Thomas Gray (). 🏁

We created this fresh 3D concept on a rich British racing green base, utilising striking white graphics framed by heavy gold glitter metal flake keylines to ensure it catches the light on camera. The layout cleanly integrates his key partner logos whilst a subtle Union Jack is ghosted into the design across the crown.

Naturally, no Thomas Gray helmet would be complete without a nod to his paddock interviews, so we placed his famous wooden spoon centre on the rear. Swipe through the renders to check out the glitter flake details from every angle. Let us know what you think of this one below! 👇

James Cottingham’s 2026 Le Mans 24 Hours helmet ⏱️🇫🇷

We had great fun creating this one-off special design, celebrating Raceborn 75 - 75 years since Porsche’s first class win at Le Mans. This helmet steps away from James’ traditional colours to create a fitting tribute, complete with illustrations of the original 356 and the modern 911 GT3 R that James and his team mates will be racing on the back.
