Project with a difference.

Over the past 9 months I have worked with a client who was upgrading and extending an 1800's house. Requirement was : wifi throughout, including the annex building, centralised video, audio, satellite (sky and freesat), and CCTV distribution.

Completed project consisted of :
3 kilometres of structured cabling
Custom rack due to specified space!
4 x Sonos zones with 10 architectural speakers, and a sonos soundbar
5 x Wifi 6 access points
8 x TVs, including a 8K 85"
1 x 4K UHD ceiling projector
CCTV, with video doorbell and gate control system, available on any TV.
Velux window control system
Hive
Blind control
Living room - all equipment controlled via magic eye, as everything in the rack.
All equipment cat 6 cabled, except wifi devices.

Geraldos2 progressing nicely. External facia work ready for the lead work and painters. Internally the new centre island is nearing completion, the custom shelves in the cupboard, and the main counter are all under way. Toilet area is just about finished. Many thanks to Paul and Craig Douglas, for the carpentry and glazing, and Richard Allan for the plumbing.

So the project continues, 1st stage of the new external signage boards installed, and thanks to Grant Wilson for all the plastering which was completed yesterday.

The Geraldos project is progressing at a pace! First fix cabling completed, framing completed, plasterboard completed, and at the moment its being plastered.
Initial IT completed and activated.
Next week, the aircon, a new consumer board, 2nd fix electrics, new timber signage boards and additional internal plumbing.

Many thanks to all the local trades assisting. I will post all the names, once we have completed.
