🚧 Another busy week for the Fibre Network Construction team! 🚧

From emergency call-outs to helping our clients get their builds over the line, we’ve been non-stop across Devon and Cornwall this week.

The team has been everywhere since Monday—keeping projects moving, responding to urgent works, and now heading into another night shift to get spine cables blown. 🌙💨

A big thank you to our dedicated team for their hard work and commitment to keeping the fibre network growing. The week isn’t over yet—but we’re powering through! 💪

🚧 We're Hiring: Fibre Surveyors – Join the FNC Team! 🚧
📍 South-west | Full-Time | Immediate Start

Fibre Network Construction (FNC) is expanding, and we’re looking for two experienced Surveyors to support our growing fibre rollout across the UK.

You’ll play a key role in conducting non-intrusive surveys from splice enclosures to properties, helping us deliver a fast, reliable way for our cilent to connect new customers.

🔍 What you’ll need:

✔ Experience in network build and design
✔ Ability to complete 6–8 surveys per day on average
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software
✔ SA001, SA002, and Streetworks accreditations (minimum)
✔ Full, clean UK driving licence

CABLERS NEEDED!

At Fibre Network Construction Ltd, we specialize in building state-of-the-art fibre optic networks that power the future. As a trusted and experienced build partner, we pride ourselves on being the backbone of digital connectivity.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecommunications Engineer. The Telecommunications Engineer's will be responsible for TRR, cabling (OH/UG) providing clear and on time updates. Complying with Health and safety at all times.

Qualifications

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
At least 3 years experience in a field based role
ability to upload data and use mobile apps
SA001
SA002
Emergency first aid
Streetworks (SLG minimum)
full UK driving license (no more the 6 points)
desirable N23 and confined spaces
works are paid on a rate card and works will be on going for the gangs with the correct attitude and work ethics.

Van and tools supplied, possible interest in Subbies.

No Digs supplied so would suit someone local to either Devon or Cornwall.

No agencies or applicants from outside the UK at this point please.
