Redgate had years of SharePoint permissions to untangle. AI pushed the problem much higher up the priority list.

Across a 17 TB Microsoft 365 environment, the team needed to understand who could access what before expanding AI use.

With Syskit Point, they’ve already removed 2,000 expired sharing links, identified 3,000 inactive guest users for remediation, and started putting ongoing governance in the hands of workspace owners.

Their goal is simple: know the access before AI starts surfacing the data.
