When you’re busy running a business, it’s easy to get caught up in the daily grind. But we wanted to take a breather and look at the bigger picture -specifically, how we can make Delta 365 an even better, more supportive place for our people to work.

Mathilde brings an incredible wealth of experience with her, having spent the last 17 years at Lloyds Banking Group, where she brilliantly worked her way up from Customer Service to an Analyst in the Operational Reporting and Analysis department.

What a milestone! This week, we are officially blowing out 8 candles on the Delta 365 birthday cake. We are taking a moment to look back and say a massive, heartfelt THANK YOU.

To our incredible clients, our brilliant partners, committed team and everyone who has supported us along the way - we wouldn't be here without you. 🙏✨

It’s safe to say a lot has changed since day one. We’ve experienced some truly considerable growth, and looking at the numbers blows our minds:

✅ From 5 to 31: We started this journey eight years ago with a passionate core team of just 5 people.

✅ Today Delta 365 family has grown into a powerhouse team of 31 and we’re still growing.

✅ Spreading our wings: Last year, we hit a massive milestone by expanding into our brand-new London office, connecting us even closer to our London network.

✅ Out with the old, in with the new: Back at headquarters, our old office space just wasn't cutting it anymore! To keep up with our growth, we have officially upgraded and expanded into a fantastic new office within our current location to give our team the space they deserve.
