WelcoMe is a web-based tool to fast-track consumer trust. WelcoMe innovates customer experiences to be more inclusive than ever, whilst ensuring that staff are prepared to meet and greet all disabled visitors. WelcoMe is the most person-centred tool to share access needs, helping businesses deliver better and inclusive cust

omer experiences to their visitors with enhanced communication and instant training. WelcoMe gives people the most dignified and personal method to share their requirements and access needs. WelcoMe specialises in making face-to-face transactions between disabled people and staff teams as informed, anxiety-free and friendly as possible. WelcoMe shares information about customer needs and reasons for visiting and provides in the moment training. This means that teams do not need to rely on learning recall and can identify people with hidden conditions. WelcoMe gives dignity, and functions in the space between traditional training and the point of delivery. This community is for WelcoMe users and friends to discuss experiences, stories, adding new venues, service and staff. This isn’t our tool though. It’s yours, as it’s been designed to be used by those who need a little reassurance that they will be met by someone who understands their needs and also as a platform that ensures all staff feel in all of their interactions. Please remember when you hear about poor or discriminatory customer service that a solution does exist and it’s available now. Many thanks for spreading the word. Direct contact [email protected]

The Scottish Parliament are providing WelcoMe to your MSP Constituency office.
.if you want them to have it.

Option 1. Follow the link and add your MSP’s name and improve their ability to engage with disabled constituents.

Option 2. Ignore this post and make a mental note to complain strongly that governments ignore the needs of disabled people at the next election.

Obviously we need your help.

Please follow the link and add your MSP. Together we can make a difference.

Thank you.

Hi Everyone.

We have always had a "request a venue" page where people could tell us where they wanted WelcoMe next. The request came to us and we then contacted the venue on your behalf.

We now have a request a venue page where all you need to do is put in a couple of details and it generates an email to the venue directly from you.

This is so much more POWERFUL and ensures that destinations take the request seriously as it came directly from a person wanting them to improve their service.

Check it out and give us any feedback.

Bring on the customer led customer service revolution.

Phew... I can finally let the cat (or should I say nCAT?) out of the bag! 🐈

For a few weeks now, I’ve been sitting on some truly awesome news: WelcoMe - Inclusive Customer Service has been chosen as one of 16 companies by national centre for accessible transport (ncat) and Connected Places Catapult to scale our solutions!

Our mission? To remove transport barriers and deliver a more accessible system for everyone.

Why are me Allan and David so excited about this?

The goal of this project isn’t just to research problems, it’s about actually delivering solutions into real-world settings. Each innovator receives a grant and expert support to test solutions, with opportunities for larger-scale trials. Most importantly, the program places disabled people at its heart, ensuring lived experience is the core driver of everything we build.

A massive thank you for this opportunity, and a huge shout-out to Allan for doing the heavy lifting to get us to this point.

Let’s get to work! 🚀

Howdy folks. Big ask..

WelcoMe has made its way into the top 150 retail tech companies IN THE WORLD.. it’s now a public vote to make the top 100.

How much would we love to be able to say we’d achieved it by representing disability rights in retail.

Follow this link and give WelcoMe a vote.. PLEASE.

Thank you so much.

Gavin, Allan and David.

But progress is being made
Gavin”

We are building a truly remarkable solution that is gaining more and more traction.. and we’ve done it with limited resources and your support.

With version 2 just around the corner here is Gavin explaining exactly why and how WelcoMe is empowering both disabled people and service teams across the country and changing how staff training is delivered for ever.

The annual spending power of people with disabilities in the UK, Purple Pound, is worth Billions of pounds but service providers could be missing out on their share, if their customer service fails them at the starting line.
