I’ll tell you a secret…
I didn’t just become who I am today. I’ve had to seriously work for it. It’s not an easy journey but it’s absolutely the best thing I’m doing
Friends - it’s a known fact that you become similar to the 5 people you’re around the most, so ensure they’re positive, ambitious and supportive people. I had to make that change
Job - I’ve had to work my fair share of jobs I was very unhappy in, but realised happiness was worth so much more than climbing the ladder for a 2% pay rise
Money - wasn’t happy living paycheck to paycheck, so started a business so I can have control over my own income
Physical health - started with a coach to be my healthiest and strongest self!
Mental health - focussing on my self development to strengthen my mindset
