In this video I will be taking apart an Acer Aspire 3 laptop and fixing a screen issue. Please note that this is NOT a how to guide, it is simply a show case for the process of taking a machine apart and fixing the issues. This laptop had an issue with the screen where whenever it was moved slightly the screen would blank to white. The problem was caused by the cable being too tight in the case.

Here is a quick video that shows you how to setup your Gmail using Mozilla Thunderbird as the client, instead of loading it up in a browser. It is a good idea to use Thunderbird instead of a web browser because it uses far less system resources.
