A speakeasy keeps its secrets in plain sight. So did the technology inside this one.

At WOW!house 2026, and created the Speakeasy Salon - chocolate-brown linen walls, a tented ceiling, and a bar concealed behind jib doors. Tiffany Duggan designed it to reveal itself the longer you spent in the room. Our brief was to add to that sense of discovery, and to leave no visible sign of how.

The walnut speakers were custom-wrapped in Romo’s Toronto acoustic fabric in Cumin, turning functional components into considered design features. Palaces Collection switches run on our Architectural Wireless technology - full smart control, without a single new cable.
Then there’s the detail that gives the game away: a discreet «Press Me» button by the bar. Find it, and the whole room shifts in an instant - music, lighting, mood.

Some of the most remarkable design moments are the ones you don’t notice at first glance.

For this year’s WOW!house, Equippd created something truly unexpected: speakers seamlessly concealed within the bookshelves. In collaboration with Salvesen Graham and Ultimate Library | Bespoke Book Collections , every decision was driven by one idea - nothing should interrupt the quiet elegance of the Principal Bedroom.

The audience said, “It feels as though it has always existed.” Inspired by British heritage, every layer celebrates timeless craftsmanship, classic proportions and understated luxury. Look closely, and even the light switches are crafted from Aged Brass by Forbes & Lomax - proof that every detail matters.
Because when technology is done well, it doesn’t compete with the design. It disappears into it.

The result is an interior that feels effortlessly harmonious, where innovation quietly supports the experience. A testament to thoughtful collaboration - and to the beauty that happens when every detail is considered.

At WOW!house 2026, the Principal Bedroom explores a refined, layered approach to timeless interiors, brought to life through a powerful collaboration between Salvesen Graham and Equippd. Every detail is considered to feel effortless, elegant, and beautifully resolved.

The final touch: small, but distinctive and discreet Forbes & Lomax switches - subtle, seamless, and perfectly integrated so nothing interrupts the calm of the design.

Two rooms, two very different takes on the same idea - technology that earns its place inside a considered interior without ever announcing itself. This Principal Bedroom hides something truly special: a secret Music Library.

For this space, Equippd integrated a high-performance speaker discreetly concealed within the bookcase. Featuring a hand painted magnetic grille that sits perfectly flush with the shelving, it delivers exceptional sound with almost no visual presence. Magic of collaboration with Salvesen Graham .

We’re honoured to announce that Bramble House has won the Lutron Excellence Award for Best Shading Project.

This recognition celebrates one of the most technically innovative shading solutions in the UK – the first-ever integrated bottom-up blinds system, engineered and executed by the team at Equippd.

Every detail of this project pushed us to think differently: from custom precision engineering to seamless integration with the home’s historic character. It’s a testament to vision, craft, and care.
