Co***ne is a criminal steroid, and the Albanian Mafia has used it transform themselves into one of the leading organised crime networks in the world - using a mixture of business savvy, an established reputation for reliability and violence, and a network of contacts to create a new, almost unbeatable business model.

Over the next two episodes, we'll be looking at the ways in which Albanian organised crime has taken over the co***ne trade in Europe, gaining vast amounts of money while leaving a trail of corruption and criminality in their wake.
