Our boy did better than good!!

Another day, another install...

Today Gary Grant kicks off an installation of 110+ handsets for Beamish Museum. Before you ask, no we didn't have to involve Alexander Graham Bell on the install and there isn't a rotary phone insight. But... the traditional phones around the site will still be there for you all to see.

We are deploying a new cloud based phone system hidden away from public eyes. Working with our friends at Evolve IP, Dubber and Akixi providing the best in class cloud phone system, call recording and reporting.

Beamish will benefit from an agile phone system with softphone applications on mobiles and laptops. Providing the latest technology to the museum, shhhhh don't tell anyone though and no you won't see on in their new 1950's village!

We are delighted to share that Nicola Richards has joined our team as Customer Success Manager. With over 10 years experience in mobile communications this enhances our support offering to our rapidly growing mobile client base.

She brings loads of experience on plan.com and their portal. So, if you have any questions Nicola is your go to person. She has even shown us a thing or two which is great to see our existing guys learning new tricks.

Great feedback Friday's are the best!!

Out of the blue this morning we received an email from Lee Needham from px Group with this amazing feedback.

One of their users had been experiencing issues with connectivity on their 5G SIM. Between Lee and Gary Grant they troubleshot the SIM and rapidly got the end user up and running again.

Getting a quote like we have in the image below makes everything we do worth it. We support over 450 mobile SIMS for PX, so getting these messages is awesome!

Another day, another site done. Wingrove Motor Company Ltd your next sites phones are configured and ready for you to play with.

We are mid deployment of a hybrid deskphone, soft phone and mobile solution. Add in Akixi and Dubber for a pretty blooming awesome environment. Wingrove will be loving the wallboards, functionality and resilience (DR) that their old system couldn’t give.

Our clients believe we are awesome, and statistically we are!

Only Erling Haaland has better stats than our guys, and as the new kids on the block it is important to shout as loud as we can about how our teams are performing vs strict SLA's.
