No PDQ means no processing payments and that's not ideal for any business... If your having problems first have a look at the icon with 3 boxes.
This icon will be one of three colours:
🟢Green - everything should be okay
⏺Grey - either the base hasn't got power or your ethernet is not plugged in
🔴Red - Get on the phone to your provider

WIFI extenders are around £20/£30 but for WIFI networks to break, you only need one to go offline. And boom your network is down and that's because they only cover a short-range. 📡

Mesh WIFI costs around £120 but would cover 5X the diameter of each WIFI extender, this WILL turn out cheaper in the long run! Like most things, you get what you pay for. Mesh WIFI is also a lot faster, as they talk to each other seamlessly. 🧲

We know that getting error messages during busy trade can be frustrating to say the least 😳
It would be difficult to fit ALL of these errors in one post but here are some of the most common...

1. Your till is locked and it displays an 'American Mega Trends' message. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds (until the screen goes off) let go, turn it back on and you should be away!

2. ‘my till won't turn on at all yet I have power’ Start by Unplugging the power and press the power button (yes I know you haven’t got any power) – pull the power lead back in again and press on again – why? Some tills have power surge protection if it detects a spike in the power, the power supply locks so that it won't turn on. Draining it of all power makes it forget this.
