We have become aware that the ๐๐๐ ๐ฆ๐จ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ฉ๐ฉ, used by some CCTV/NVR systems for remote viewing, has now been discontinued and is no longer supported by the manufacturer.
๐๐ก๐ข๐ฌ ๐จ๐ง๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ซ๐ฌ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ฆ๐จ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ฉ๐ฉ.
Customers using ๐๐ข๐ค-๐๐จ๐ง๐ง๐๐๐ญ are ๐ง๐จ๐ญ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ญ๐๐.
Unfortunately, this has happened without prior notice to us or to the wider installer community. We have spoken with other installers and it is clear that advance warning was not given.

The issue relates specifically to the ๐๐๐ ๐ฆ๐จ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ฉ๐ฉ and ๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐จ๐ญ๐ ๐ฏ๐ข๐๐ฐ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ, not the local recording or local viewing function of the system.
