Hey Gang!
No update for a while, apologies, we've been absolutely stacked with requests and new onboardings, we simply haven't had the time to keep socials up to date.
However, we are today, but unfortunately for the wrong reasons.
👀 New Customers
It is with slight regret that we have to announce that for the moment, due to demand and resourcing, we are only onboarding new partners and customers via referral only. This allows us to ensure our turnaround is still tight, and the quality is still high, and our fees can remain the lowest around.
👀 Time
We will be rolling out new standard SLA's to our customers in the coming month or two, which will be guaranteeing you the turnaround time you want for the plan or pricing scheme you're working with us on. This is to give us some breathing space to ensure quality, and gives you predictability on when you can expect visuals.
👀 NEW SERVICE
In the last 6 months, the growth of our brand has been exponential. During this time, we have identified the need for two different service offerings, catering to two very specific needs, so in the coming month or two we will be making a change to our pricing structuring, and service offering, and a sub-set of Ad Creatives will be born.
Don't worry, prices wont be going up! Far from it, however, there will be a new boutique level service on offer that we have been trialling with a couple of our customers for the last 6 months and had great success with.
Appreciate the mixed messages in this update, and sadly we just can't afford any more of our valuable time to be wasted on people who ghost us or delay payments, or don't quite know what they want. We are here for ALL of our clients, and we strive to maintain a peak level of quality and service across the board!
Also, wooo we broke 50,000 creatives! 🥳
